KJ has put in place have highly protected / monitored packing section with high quality Surveillance System to ensure that the selected product by customer alone gets packed and shipped to the Customer and no discrepancies occur.

  • In the event a customer who has purchased a product from KJ online store is desirous to return the said product, KJ provides an option to the said customer to return the said product within 7 (“Seven”) days from the date of delivery.
  • While returning the product, the Customer should ensure that  returned product is unused and in the same condition as was received with original bills and certificate including packing material (box, cover etc). Customer must pack the product and other documents as like the same condition he/she received.
  • After receiving his/her return request, KJ will initiate the return process and intimate our courier partner to collect the product from customer.
  • Before accepting delivery of the products, customer should ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered. In the event the package is tampered or damaged customers are advised to not accept the consignment from the courier representative.
  • Refund is subject to confirmation by our  skilled quality checking department and on verification that the packaging what is received is same as what was sent by KJ and confirming to the conditions laid down above. In the event any discrepancy is observed, KJ reserves the right to reject the request for return and refund at its sole discretion and return the received product back to the said customer.
  • Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check, the refund process shall be initiated.
