  • Customers placing order are requested to give complete address with landmark, phone number and details of person, who will collect the consignment in the vent the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • At the delivery location, the customer or recipient of consignment must provide his/her photo identification that is approved by the Government to the delivery person. Some of valid documents are

  • Once the order is placed, the customer can change shipping address within a period of 24hrs thereto. If the customer intends to change shipping address, he/she has to contact KJ by accessing the Contact Form available in My Account page in the website.
  • If the recipient is unavailable during the time of deliver, courier partner will try to deliver the product for maximum 3 times. If customer is still not available/reachable, the same will be returned to KJ and the customers order would be treated as Cancelled. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the time of non- availability, will be chargeable to the customer. Balance amount will be returned to the customer within a period 10 (“Ten”) days from receipt of shipment at the KJ facility.
